Although setups, gripping and finishes are different from school to school and instructor to instructor, chokes are some of the most effective and quickest ways to end fights in competition and on the street.

The problem is that many instructors don’t use universal names for techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and it becomes difficult to remember the setups for them. Techniques are often forgotten and the student doesn’t have a name of the technique to ask their instructor to reshow the move. Therefore, the technique is often lost.

This DVD provides the student with a list of choke setups that they can constantly refer back to for further study and instruction.
