This
video teaches three of the internal style weapons. Double Pa-Kua knife
(small sword) which is performed around the circle, Pa-Kua staff, this
one is quite energetic using a long pole in eight sections. Short T’ai
Chi Stick form plus two person san-sau (fighting set) using the sticks.
The Short Taiji Stick Form is quite rare, and was only ever done by the
Yang Shou-hou side of the Yang Family. It is regarded by many as the
pinnacle of weapons forms from Taijiquan. Please note that the quality
of this tape is not good but OK to learn from as it was done way back in
our infancy as far as production was concerned. The quality of the
content however, is excellent.
