Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve and nourish your mind, body, and soul. It’s a series of simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Body Balance classes will help you with building strength and flexibility, they are perfect for your joints, spine mobility, and bone density.
