YogaforBJJ – Foundation Week 2
This Program has been designed to give you more practice.
For some of us, we have spent our entire lives NOT doing yoga, so it will take a little bit to adjust this change to our bodies (from flexibility, movement, breathing and even nervous system).
Also, we spend a lot of our time doing BJJ. This is not so good for our bodies and we can pick up all kinds of injuries, make sure you are kind to your body when doing yoga and you will appreciate every session!

Foundation Week 2 is the stepping stone meant to guide you into Intermediate Sessions. If you find the Foundation Weeks still hard to tackle, then keep repeating them until you feel good with the flow and then move onto the next challenge!
